| RESERVATIONS SUPERVISOR |
SUMMARY
We
have an opening for a qualified Reservation Supervisor.
We are seeking an enthusiastic, outgoing individual
who has excellent communication skills. This person
must able to motivate staff, maintain a professional
demeanor while on the job & set a good example others
can respect & aspire to achieve. Applicants should have
basic computer skills as well as the ability to perform
multiple tasks, constructively handle guest concerns,
& execute reasonable decisions in a fast-paced environment
with high call volume. Previous front desk or reservations
experience preferred, especially in demonstrating excellent
customer service skills, providing exceptional service
along with sales & general office skills including
filing, typing, clear phone voice, listening skills,
problem-solving skills, smile over the phone, etc..
The Reservation Supervisor is to provide consistent
supervision of the Reservations & PBX Staff daily, act
as liaison between staff & management, and offer support
to other departments.
QUALIFICATIONS
To
perform this job successfully, an individual must
be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
according to company standards. The requirements are
representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability

to work full time (40 hours a week); however,
this position requires the ability to work flexible
shifts and work nights, weekends, and holidays.
