The evening will begin with a Meyer Lemon Mousse amuse-bouche topped in dehydrated ginger and micro lemon basil. From there, each guest will have the choice of a Grilled Baby Gem Salad, Dungeness Crab-Stuffed Squid or Winter Minestrone Soup featuring house-made pasta. An intermezzo, a European tradition consisting of a very small plate intended to clear the palate, will make way for entrées including Roast Prime Rib with a warm potato, Crispy Black Skin Cod with sesame bok choy or Mushroom Duxelle en Croute.
