Please arrive 30 minutes before your first scheduled treatment. This allows time to check in, change into your robe and slippers, shower, and begin relaxing. You’re welcome to enjoy the lounge, steam room, sauna, and outdoor co-ed whirlpool before or after your treatment. Guests may also access the fitness center and resort pool area.
We understand delays happen. However, arriving late may shorten your treatment time to ensure the next guest isn’t delayed, and the full treatment price will still be charged. If it’s your first visit, please allow extra time to find us. We are located near the outdoor seating area of Oceana Coastal Kitchen restaurant, with the spa entrance facing Mission Bay.
We provide a locker, cozy robe, and sandals for your comfort. Our relaxation lounge offers complimentary infused water, hot teas, and fruit to help you stay refreshed before and after treatments.
We recommend leaving jewelry and valuables at home or in your hotel safe. A spa locker is available for personal items. For your safety and comfort, alcohol is not permitted in the spa.
To maintain a peaceful environment, we kindly ask that you silence your cell phone and refrain from using it during your visit. This helps preserve a tranquil experience for all guests.
